Thank you for responding to all the flash surveys, for picking up and wearing your Contract Faculty t-shirts, for attending meetings, for voting both at the beginning and the end, for reading and sharing important emails, for tweeting and retweeting, for posting and reposting, for sending your non-WLU emails, for attending workshops, for volunteering for jobs big and little, and for being willing to strike if needed. Thank you for disabusing Laurier Administration and all the other doubters of the notion that Contract Faculty don’t care about their conditions of employment and that they are unwilling to mobilize to change them.
