Attention: Contract Faculty Members

Ontario is beginning its review of Employment Standards and Labour Relations and, likely more than anyone else at the university, Contract Faculty’s employment situation could be improved (or further damaged) through possible changes to both these pieces of legislation. OCUFA’s preliminary recommendations can be viewed here. WLUFA continues to work with OCUFA to develop these recommendations. As new information becomes available, WLUFA will make it available here and elsewhere.
