The Wilfrid Laurier University Faculty Association and Wilfrid Laurier University filed jointly for conciliation on Monday, September 23. Negotiations between Contract Academic Staff and the University are stalled, but both sides are optimistic that a settlement can be reached with the assistance of a conciliator, who will be appointed by the Ontario Ministry of Labour.
